Compact biogas plant
20 - 30 kW with labyrinth fermentation tank (Pat.Nr.: 510495)

Technology:
As an alternative to the round fermenter, we offer the labyrinth fermenter, which has already proven itself in manure technology. This type of fermenter comprises a closed fermentation vessel with forcedly guided substrate flow in a labyrinthine annular channel. In this case, the substrate is guided with a submersible mixer through a crushing / stirring tunnel, which on the one hand efficient crushing and on the other hand optimal mixing in one operation is achieved. The result is energy savings and better preparation of the substrate for biodegradation.
